辽宁省石油化工设计院始于1964年省化工厅设计室。1972年获批扩建为辽宁省石油化工设计院，是国有科技型企业。目前我院具有：化工医药行业，一、二、三类压力容器和压力管道设计、危险化学品安全评价、工程咨询、工程建设总承包等工程设计资质和技术服务能力。已通过IS9001（2000版）质量管理体系的认证和达标验收。 现已在上虞设立分院，热忱为广大企业服务。
